For ASD's

As with any business, we try to limit the inventory of our product offerings.  As such, the following lead times apply for orders where we run out of stock:

Orders in excess of 100 units, we require up to four weeks prior to shipping to you.

Custom designs - up to ten weeks prior to shipping to you.

Orders placed during December of any year, add three weeks (because of holidays).

Kindly note: On any given order, we accept returns or exchanges of up to two units per product.  (Please be sure to try a product for proper fit and / or function prior to placing larger orders).
