Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy
DIESEL Keeper’s target market is the continental US, Mexico and Canada. Given our global web presence, we can also ship to most countries outside the US.

Shipping within The US
Shipping rates are posted on our website for items shipped within the US. This rate includes packaging and delivery, and is non-refundable if the item is shipped prior to any cancelation or change of an order. Our products are sent UPS/FedEx/DHL ground depending on which warehouse the items are shipped from.

Shipping Timelines
Most products are shipped within one business days. If we are out of stock for any reason, it could take as long as an additional four weeks to ship.

Tracking Numbers
Where applicable, we provide a tracking number on all orders shipped.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are based on our negotiated rates with FedEx.

Privacy & Security

Transactions
All transactions on our site are processed through 256 bit secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Credit card information is stored and processed encrypted to ensure your purchasing information is safe.

We will never sell or give out any of your personal information. Our servers are secured with SSL technology with multiple levels of security.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations

If orders are cancelled prior to product shipping out, we will charge a processing fee of 10% of the amount requested for return (to cover our processing fees both for the sale and for the return).

Returns
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us.  Call us or e-mail us prior to shipping any item back to us.  We will provide you with specific instructions.  On any given order, we accept returns or exchanges of up to two units per product.  (Please be sure to try a product for proper fit and / or function prior to placing larger orders).  For returns on more than two units per product, we charge a 15% processing fee.

Exchanges
The exchange process is similar to the returns process. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us. Call us or e-mail us prior to shipping any item back to us.  We will provide you with specific instructions.   On any given order, we accept returns or exchanges of up to two units per product.  (Please be sure to try a product for proper fit and / or function prior to placing larger orders).

Ordering

Orders can be generated through this web-portal.  If you do not have access to the web, feel free to call us and we will be happy to assist you. We are available M-F, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Irrespective of the size of your order, we require payment in full prior to shipping. The pricing is noted on our web-pages, and is subject to error, omission or cancelation at any time.   For orders in excess of 100 units, we require payment by way of a wire transfer prior to shipping. 

Viewing Orders

You can view your orders on-line at any time. Alternatively, feel free to call us and we will be happy to discuss your order with you. 

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, simply log in to your account and make the appropriate changes. If you forget your login username or password, you can reset it and have a new password emailed to you. 

Warranty

All products we sell are guaranteed to be free from mechanical defect.  Some products carry no warranty as they are considered “consumables”.

Any warranty we offer is specific to each product.  If a product qualifies for a warranty, the warranty is outlined in the product description on-line
